Adam is a Partner at BHLG with more than 27 years of experience as an attorney. Since 2012, his practice has focused primarily on U.S. Immigration and Corporate Relocation matters. Adam provides legal representation on immigration matters for national and multinational companies, as well as individuals who wish to relocate and work in the United States. He provides creative and comprehensive legal solutions in helping foreign nationals obtain L-1 intra-company transferee visas, E-1/2 treaty trader and treaty investors visas, H-1B specialty worker visas, and employer sponsored U.S. Permanent Residency. He is also known for his family-based immigration work.

For more than a decade, Adam has represented many of Israel and the world’s most innovative, successful and well-known companies together with their talented individual founders and employees. He has assisted both start-up and established organizations in a variety of industries, including Hi-tech, Fin-tech, real estate, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, insurance, aerospace, engineering, cybersecurity, and healthcare. He is also a seasoned commercial attorney and litigator, having appeared before the Supreme Court and Appellate Courts in New York, as well as the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv. Adam is licensed to practice law in New York and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
