Jane Park is an attorney licensed in New York. Her practice is focused on helping organizations and individuals achieve their immigration objectives through employment and investment-based options. Jane has represented a diverse range of clients of varying sizes and industries, including multinational corporations, government contractors, non-profit organizations, state agencies, universities, performing arts companies, as well as international artists and athletes.

Prior to joining BHLG, Jane practiced at boutique immigration law firms in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. She is a past or present member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (national and local chapter), the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association-DC. She is fluent in Korean.
