Rudy Cohen-Zardi is an attorney licensed in New York. His practice focuses on advising and guiding companies through every step of relocating foreign workers to the US, streamlining internal processes for the transfer of employees, and filing applications for foreign work permits and visas.

After obtaining his Juris Doctor in France, Rudy earned a Master’s in International Trade and Investment Law in Lyon. He then attended St-John’s Law School where he obtained a Master’s in Law.

Prior to joining BHLG, Rudy practiced international trade and business law in global law firms in Tel Aviv, Brussels, Paris and New York. He is a present member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (national and local chapter), and the American Bar Association. He is fluent in French and conversational in Hebrew.

Rudy has represented a diverse range of clients of varying sizes and industries, including multinational corporations, States and International Organizations, as well as international artists. His mastery of international trade rules aptly furthers and completes his business immigration practice in the US.
